Yesterday was one of those insane days. I seem to have a lot of those, but yesterday was a special kind of crazy.
Highlights:
--Rushed around like a mad woman most of the day
--Cleaned my house in anticipation of company
--Made two desserts and prepared other food for a potluck dinner
--Undertook a major home renovation project
--Felt overwhelmed, inadequate, exhausted and alone
--Bawled
--Called my parents
--Got flowers from my husband
--Felt Better
--Went to bed at about 1:30am
--Lived to tell about it all
Just another day in my life.
